    Welcome to the Local First movement! We’re thrilled to have you on board as an affiliate and an ambassador for small, locally-owned businesses and initiatives in our community. As an affiliate, you’ll have the opportunity to promote and sell our directory listings, while earning a commission for every sale you make.


    Our Mission: Supporting Local and Building Community

    But before we get started, let’s talk about what Local First is all about. Our mission is to support and promote small, locally-owned businesses, while creating a sustainable local economy and fostering a sense of community among residents. By encouraging consumers to spend their money within their community, we aim to reduce environmental impact, create jobs, and keep more money circulating within the local economy. The Local First marketing team works tirelessly to promote the movement in its entirety, celebrating the unique culture of the Hibiscus Coast, which offers such unique and exciting offerings with even more to come.




    Your Role as an Affiliate


    As an affiliate, you play a crucial role in making this happen. You’ll be the face of the Local First movement, and you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our directory listings to businesses in the community. But selling isn’t just about pushing products or services onto people. It’s about building relationships, understanding the needs of your customers, and providing solutions that can help them grow their business. Remember, it’s not just sales; it’s service. When you believe that what you have to offer will change lives for the better, it’s not sales; it’s service. Always approach your role with confidence and the mindset of making a positive impact on our community.

    In the upcoming training sessions, we’ll equip you with the tools, knowledge, and strategies you need to excel as a Local First affiliate. We’ll explore the features and benefits of our directory listings, marketing techniques, and effective ways to engage with local businesses. Together, we’ll work towards creating a vibrant, thriving community where local businesses and residents prosper.
