Hi My name is Kubashnee. I'm an ice cream enthusiast. I’m passionate about everything to do with baking and confectionery.

Hospitality is in my family hence the reason for me following in the footsteps of my LATE mother I have over time, through her influence, become a Master Baker having been enthusiastic about Confectioneries and baking from an early age which eventually led to my passion becoming a business venture.

I have also learnt how to make dutch ice cream, Ice Cream Cakes and other Ice Cream Treats from the Dutch Master, Joep Biemans of Holland and have completed an International Certificate in Ice Cream and Ice Cream Cake Making ith IJS Sentrum of Holland.

My main speciality has become making Ice Cream Cakes, which I make to order and individual desire.

I also make Gluten free cakes, Gluten free biscuits, Dark Chocolate coconut balls, Truffles, Ice Cream Cupcakes, jam tarts, cupcakes, cinnamon buns, and desserts such as Peppermint tarts, cheesecakes, chocolate mousse etc made to order.

There are many new treats planned.

I’m open to big or small orders and cater for any and all event – weddings, parties and other functions

Collections and deliveries are done all week within a radius between South Coast and Durban.

Orders must be made in advance in order for me to meet your expectations.
