Description
Need a midweek reset? Step out of the rush and into the rhythm of the forest with the Ivungu River Conservancy’s gentle guided walk through Uvongo’s lush coastal belt.
Held on the last Wednesday of every month, this walk is more than just a trail — it’s a chance to breathe deeper, notice more, and reconnect with the wild beauty that’s right on our doorstep. Perfect for families, curious explorers, bird watchers, or anyone needing a little grounding.
You’ll meander through shaded paths, pause at peaceful river lookouts, and take in the quiet magic of indigenous trees, coastal plant life, and maybe even a few unexpected sightings. The route may change depending on the season, but the sense of calm and connection always remains the same.
